2009 Texas A&M Fire School Grants



The application period for MCVFA's 2009 Texas A&M Fire School Grants is now open. The Texas A&M Fire School is one of the premiere fire schools in the country. Each year, the MCVFA offers grants to send four (4) members to the Municipal Fire School, a one-week course at the College Station, Texas school. Read More...

Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighters Association Receives $291,600 Grant for Call/Volunteer Firefighter Recruitment




The Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighters Association (MCVFA) has been awarded a federal grant in the amount of $291,600 for a statewide call/volunteer firefighter recruitment program. The grant is from the federal government's Staffing For Adequate Fire And Emergency Response (SAFER) grant program.
